Editorial policy

How we build every resource

1. Primary sources

   Every rule comes from an official document (BACB, AHCA, eCFR, Florida Statutes, CASP). We keep the exact quote behind each fact and check it against the document before publishing.

2. Dates in plain sight

   Every resource shows when it was last updated and which version of each source it uses. The PDF carries the same date.

3. Clinical review

   When a BCBA reviews a resource, we show their name and a link to their certification in the BACB registry. If a resource has not had a clinical review yet, we show no badge.

4. Corrections

   If a rule changes or we find an error, we update the resource, its PDF and its date.

5. Independence

   ABA PARTNERS makes ATLAS and education programs. When a resource mentions one of our products, we say so. Resources do not replace clinical judgment or legal advice.

6. Use of AI

   We use AI tools to research and draft. Every fact is checked against its source before it is published.
